Contemporary Foil

Contemporary Foil and embossing is a finishing technique used on self-adhesive labels that allows hot foil stamping and embossing to be applied in the same processing step. This solution makes it possible to obtain metallic or pigmented graphic elements that are also three-dimensional, increasing the visual and tactile impact of the label.
The process is carried out using a heated engraved die which, through pressure and heat, transfers the foil onto the label material while simultaneously deforming the substrate to create the embossed effect. In this way, the foil perfectly follows the shape of the embossed element, ensuring a precise and consistent result.
