Step onto a technical stage and become a speaker in front of an audience of 50 packaging professionals.
The topic of the speech must always be agreed upon with the event management team and must be relevant to the industry. Company presentations, product launches or self-promotional pitches are not accepted.
A second speaker must be brought to the stage who is not part of the sponsoring company, such as a technician, a designer, or a brand operating in the retail, fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, or fine food sectors.

Sponsorship of a conference session includes:
• An email to the visitor database (35,500 recipients) containing the conference schedule.
• Visibility on the event website.
• Visibility on the event app.
• Inclusion of the conference program in the event map that is distributed at the entrance to all visitors.
• Signage at the event.
• Gift or flyer distribution during the sponsored session (production at the sponsor’s expense).
• Sharing of leads who attended the conference.
The sponsor’s logo will be posted on all the aforementioned media. On the day of the sponsored conference session, the sponsor’s logo will be visible at the entrance and inside the conference room.

The topic of the speech must be defined together with the event management team and must be relevant for the industry. Company presentations, product launches or self-promotional pitches are not accepted.
The sponsor is required to bring at least one representative from a brand operating in the retail, fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, or fine food sectors to the stage. A third speaker can also be added to the stage, whether it’s another brand or a design agency.
Samples, brochures, and promotional materials will be distributed by a hostess who will be provided with a badge reader for collecting and sharing leads at the end of the event. The distribution point will be located at the show entrance.
The nature of the material being distributed will have to be agreed in advance with the organizer and may be provided by the exhibitor, or by the organizer (after it has been quoted).

From 6.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. VIP visitors (the most prestigious brands in the fields of fashion, jewellery, beauty, wine & spirits, food excellence), exhibitors and their most important customers are offered a cocktail in the central bar area.
Sponsorship includes:
• Personalisation of cocktail invitations with the sponsor’s logo, sent to VIP visitors by email.
• Inclusion of the logo among the event sponsors, on all printed and digital media (event catalogue, website, app), and on onsite signage.
• Distribution to participants of minimum 700 coasters – to be used on tables and kept as gifts – graphicised front/back with the event edition creativity and sponsor’s logo highlighted.
