Sponsorship of a conference session includes:
• visibility on the event’s digital channels
• inclusion of the conference program in the map distributed at the entrance to all visitors
• signage at the event
The sponsor’s logo will be posted on all the aforementioned media.
On the day of the sponsored conference session, the sponsor’s logo will be visible at the entrance and inside the conference room.
The sponsor will receive, at the end of the event, the list of participants with relevant contact details.
The company logo will be featured on the pre-registration page and in the registration email that visitors will receive after registering for the event.
The upgrade to EasyGo Premiumprofile is included in the sponsorship.
Distribution of samples, brochures, promotional materials thanks to a hostess provided by the organizer for the 3-day event. The distribution point will be in the balcony, at the access escalator to Packaging Première.
The nature of the material being distributed will have to be agreed in advance with the organizer and may be provided by the exhibitor, or by the organizer (after it has been quoted).

The exhibiting company’s logo will be printed at its stand on the paper maps distributed to visitors at the entrance and will be included in the signage displayed in the pavilion where the event map will be.
Reserved table for max. 6 people in the Packaging Première lounge, where the exhibitor can bring his guests, throughout the day, during the opening hours of the event.
