It is now adaptable to a wide variety of products and themes. Its construction relies on an advanced folding system : two of the four sides open like shutters, revealing a product presented and held on a solid, refined cardboard base. This base is designed to accommodate a candle in the second step. Three-dimensional decorative paper elements create an immersive scene that extends the atmosphere of the moment. On the exterior faces, gold hot-foil stamping features iconic landmarks of Sofia. The decorative scheme is fully customizable. Developed in-house through close collaboration between packaging engineers and designers, the Gift Box meets RISSMANN’s standards for exclusivity, safety, sustainability, and premium quality. The Design & Innovation department drives this approach by combining sensory-led aesthetics, responsible materials, and advanced production technologies, supported by an industrial network located close to key markets in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

In creating this gin, graphic designer Mario Di Paolo drew inspiration from the home town of the producer, located in the Italian municipality of Rapino. This prompted a play on words, as in Italian ‘Rapino’ can also be associated with ‘rapina’ (robbery), and from there to ‘rapinatore’ (robber).
