      Refit

We take the waste product from wool and cotton textile manufacturing processes, or in the case of denim, retrieve the material from worn out jeans that can’t be sold anymore. Refit includes over 50% pre and post-consumer recycled waste, of which 25% is derived from wool, cotton or denim fibres ( increased by 10% over our previous Refit range!). Refit Denim is the latest addition to our range, a paper with a timeless stonewashed colour and texture (just like your favourite pair of jeans!). It is FSC™ and GRS certified and uses 100% hydro-electric energy produced in-house.

    2. REKRILL® BRAN

      REKRILL® BRAN

Is bran really the end of the story? REKRILL® Bran is a bio-based composite material developed by Krill Design that transforms residues generated during cereal processing, such as bran, into a functional material for packaging and design applications. Instead of using fresh raw resources, REKRILL® Bran is created by combining bran-derived components recovered after milling processes with proprietary bio-based polymer bases. This approach extends the value of existing materials and embeds circularity directly into the structure of the material. The entire development and production process is carried out in Italy, ensuring traceability, quality control and industrial reliability. REKRILL® Bran is 100% bio-based, compostable and recyclable. Its formulation is modular, allowing different bio-based polymer bases to be selected according to technical needs, while the bran component contributes to both performance and material identity. The material is fully compatible with existing manufacturing technologies, including injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming, and can be processed on standard production lines without modifications. REKRILL® Bran features natural, tactile finishes and offers broad freedom in color development. By giving new value to existing materials and reducing reliance on fossil-based plastics, it supports products designed within a scalable circular model.

    3. REKRILL® COFFEE

      REKRILL® COFFEE

Can coffee go further than the cup? REKRILL® Coffee is a bio-based composite material developed by Krill Design that transforms residues generated during coffee processing into a functional material for packaging and design applications. Recovered coffee-derived components are combined with proprietary bio-based polymer bases, extending the value of existing materials and embedding circularity into the material structure. Development and production are fully carried out in Italy. REKRILL® Coffee is 100% bio-based, compostable and recyclable. Its modular formulation allows performance to be tailored to technical requirements, while the coffee component contributes to material identity. The material is compatible with existing manufacturing technologies and can be processed on standard production lines. REKRILL® Coffee offers natural, sensory finishes and broad freedom in color development, supporting products designed within a scalable circular model.

    4. REKRILL® FOR COSMETICS

      REKRILL® FOR COSMETICS
