Printed on Tintoretto Gesso paper, it conveys its artisanal soul through a rustic, authentic texture. The laminated double layer gives structure and thickness, while black and silver foils light up the surface with deep, magnetic reflections. Embossing, debossing, micro- and nano-embossing finally weave a sophisticated texture that fully reveals itself in dialogue with light and touch.

The serum caps are custom-turned to fit various bottle neck diameters, ensuring a precise thread without plastic. Each collar can be customized in height and finish, including painting.

This is why they are particularly appropriate for printing on bottles, flasks and tins, and they can be used on a wide range of surfaces. The silicone rubber can range from 50 to 90 shore; the thickness of the die depends on the customer’s needs. We can also prepare special silicon rubber plates on different aluminium bases for cold foil printing, dedicated to flatbed and semi-rotary presses. These kinds of dies allow to transfer the foil after the screen printing.
