Throughout the development process, when raw materials arrive, during production and before shipping, we make sure to conduct several #inspections. It comes down to not only making sure the size and color is correct, but also, depending on the product and it's needs, we check many other metrics. For example, ✅ how much weight can a paper bag hold, ✅ how does the paper react to different humidity levels, ✅ does the packaging contain any substances that affect the content, ✅ and even making sure a box stays intact in case of being dropped. All packaging items manufactured by coepto are checked to be sure that the goods are meeting our standards and the client's requirements.

Impluvia comes from a challenge, creating an unusual packaging whose design is inspired to the artistic avant-garde of the 1900s, industrialized and for the large-scale production. Impluvia has a flexible and strong structure: it works with a game of asymmetrical lines which do not exist yet. The box lid plays with different levels creating a sort of suture and allowing the box opening through different solutions, imagination is the only limit. Dynamic and manageable, the box guarantees a comfortable opening to the user from both sides of the lid enabling the dual function of the packaging, case and display when partially opened.
