Bulgarelli Production has equipped itself with a new Komori lithographic printer of the latest generation (5 colours + UV varnishing), a BOBST VISIONFOIL 104 die-cutting machine (speed, precision, clean cut, hot stamping and finished product finishing) and 4.0 production process management software. All this, however, needs space. The production department was therefore expanded by 1,200m with a new location for the Packaging Department.

For its adhesive labels, Domaine de Cauviac decided to rely on a local printer. Located approximately 30km from the estate, our printing workshop has been producing Domaine de Cauviac labels for over 15 years now. The 1524 labels are printed on natural-looking paper and then sublimated using enhancement techniques such as curved hot foil stamping.
