The health and safety of our attendees and all staff is of paramount importance when running face to face events, and we are working hard with the venue and relevant industry bodies to ensure that you have absolute peace of mind whilst being able to experience the event and see the latest products in a safe and sound environment.
As such, we have put in place a comprehensive series of steps to ensure we provide a safe and successful event for all involved. We ask you to please read and follow the guidance below to prepare for your visit and to safeguard the health and safety of both yourself and those around you.
Norme generali per visitatori
Green Pass
In conformità alla disposizioni vigenti in materia di salute e sicurezza, per poter accedere al quartiere fieristico di Fiera Milano NON sarà necessario essere in possesso di alcun Green Pass, sia esso Base o Rafforzato.
Utilizzo delle mascherine
É raccomandato, ma non obbligatorio, negli spazi al chiuso (quali, a titolo non esaustivo, i padiglioni fieristici) e all’esterno, in
presenza di situazioni di assembramento, l’utilizzo di mascherine quale misura igienica di protezione utile a ridurre la diffusione del virus.
L’utilizzo è consigliato in aggiunta ad altre misure di protezione finalizzate alla riduzione del contagio (come evitare situazioni di assembramento e l’igiene costante e accurata delle mani), che restano invariate e prioritarie.

Comprehensive cleaning and disinfection protocols
All surfaces are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants. The most frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected at regular intervals. Electrostatic spraying technology ensures the highest standards of hygiene.
Smart Badge contactless technology
The safest way to visit an event is through the use of our Smart Badge, which requires no physical contact and guarantees a 100% safe event experience. Thanks to the embedded NFC chip you can use your badge throughout the event to gather product and stand information with a swipe of your badge. At the end of the day you receive all collected information via email.
Hand hygiene
Hand sanitiser stations will be available everywhere on the exhibition floor and in common areas. Please make use of them regurarly during the day!
Dispositivi di protezione
Temperature screenings
Temperature screenings before you enter the event will tell us if you have a temperature of 37,5° or above. We recommend that you check your temperature before leaving home as a precaution and to avoid any inconvenience.
Face masks
In compliance with current regulatory provisions, in indoor spaces (such as, but not limited to, exhibition
halls and congress halls) the use of FFP2 type masks is mandatory.
To access the event you must wear a face mask. We remind you that in case you forgot your mask we will provide you one.
Plexiglass shields
Plexiglass shields will be installed at registration desks, information points, catering points and counters staffed by team members where necessary throughout the event floor.
