The Vestige range is a great standard for disinfective products such as hydro-alcoholic gels. Other applications such as hair serums or scalp treatments are also common. Available in 75ml and 100ml, Vestige bottles are perfectly adapted for travel versions. The tube flasks from 15ml to 50ml offer a wide range of applications such as face care, foundation, blush and creams. They are flexible and easy to use. Equipped with standard screw necks, they can be equipped with many accessories.

The Drop series bottles are made of HDPE and are available in 300 ml and 500 ml sizes. They are mainly used for liquid soap, skin and body cleansers, and intimate wash products. Upon request, the bottles can also be produced using recycled material.

Flat bottom paper bags are suitable for baked goods, pasta, medicines, and other products. They can be made of 40 g/m² kraft paper, natural or white color.

Paper bags may also be produced with flat handles made from multi-layered paper tape which are available in many colors.

A few years ago, we added an approximately 0.1 mm thick variant to our range of aluminium thicknesses. An additional paper backing on the reverse side of the material improves stability while maintaining flexibility. This makes this variant particularly suitable for curved surfaces, whereby, in contrast to the thicker variants, no tools are required for the curvature of the labels. The required pre-curving with a radius as near as possible to the object to be labelled can be done quickly and easily by hand before application. This aluminium has an elegant brushed surface finish. In addition to the four basic colours (gold, silver, copper, gun metal), other colours can be achieved through flat screen printing. The brushed texture remains unchanged.

With printing plates you can obtain shiny results. The plates are available for direct printing on flexographic units with the following formats: Polyester support- thickness 1,16mm, size 700x800mm and 865x1060mm Aluminium support - thickness 1,16mm, size 700x800mm, 865x1060mm and 1250x1470mm. Using our new CTP flexo plate exposure unit, the only one in Italy, we can produce plates up to 1310x2000mm and 4000 DPI. Moreover, it makes possible to produce printing plates with meshed surfaces to create a very thick varnish or other “special” effects.

This labelling variant combines flexibility and three-dimensionality. Suitable for all non-metallic colours, this variant resembles rubber in both appearance and feel. This design is therefore sometimes mistakenly referred to as a ‘rubber logo’. In fact, it is a special PVC resin that is cast and cured in an oven. 
 FLEXTAGs can be produced in different thicknesses. Thanks to an explicitly thin material thickness at the edges, the labels can be sewn onto textiles. Typical applications for this option are clothing, sports equipment and luggage. FLEXTAGs can be equipped with self-adhesive backing. For symmetrically arranged logos, a cord can be attached through a hole so that it can be used as a product tag. FLEXTAGS require a special tool. The labels are usually produced in two colours (base colour and text/logo colour). Additional colours are possible, but different colours require minimum spacing

The RISSMANN Flip-Lid-Box, for a memorable unboxing experience The Flip-Lid-Box made of FSC paper and cardboard, without magnet, was designed by the RISSMANN DesignLab to offer a memorable unboxing experience. By opening, the lid, that is connected to the base, releases the front panel of the box, revealing the product, also highlighted by the decorated interior setup, including a removable wedge. The contrasting patterns on the cover are obtained by a laser engraving process. Their color depends on the paper selected. The inner decoration is printed without mineral oil using a water-based varnish. The Flip-Lid-Box can be produced both in Europe and in Asia. The quality of its manufacturing makes it a box to keep for a long time. It can then be recycled.
