Hot stamping is the easiest and the most immediate process to ennoble print support. Depending on the result required and on the print run, you can choose between three different tools: brass, magnesium or copper. These clichés differentiated from the manufacturing and the thickness of the plates. Brass tools are processed by means of mechanical engraving and are available with a thickness from 3 to 7mm. Magnesium tools have a thickness from 1 to 7mm and are made with a chemical treatment. Copper tools are available with a 7mm thickness. We are the only manufacturer in Italy producing any kind of tool in our factory, offering customers the chance to engrave them by a laser source integrating optical fiber technology.

The Collection "i 4 Elementi" presents 112 colored paper of different tipologies inspired to the nuance of Nature Air Water and Earth Fire. In the section Air Water, pale and pastel shades are shown, in Earth Fire section there are vibrant and rich colors. "Colors and Perfumes correspond" as C.P. Baudelaire says. For this reason we have worked with a popular florentine perfumer and made two unique essences dedicated to Air Water and Earth Fire. At the origin of the Iconologie project there was an ambition: to transcend the classic experience of the scented candle, transporting the spirit of the user through time awakened from the first inhalation of dormant memories. To make it even more memorable, Iconologie decided to add a visual element to this olfactory experience: a real gift box, a unique decorative element, intimately linked to the sensory experience proposed. An important challenge for which Iconology has chosen Pozzoli. The result? Each box (bottom + roof-shaped lid) is a miniature representation of the Parisian buildings that have been inhabited by those memorable artistic personalities who inspired the unique fragrances of each scented candle. So, look at the box causes a sensation, an anticipation of the future sensory experience.

Thermosensitive imitation leather not only impresses with its silky-soft feel, but also conveys a certain three-dimensionality. A real eye-catcher on the shelf that encourages you to touch it. The details of the text are created by deep embossing using a heated embossing tool. The heat causes the imitation leather to change colour to a darker shade. Depending on the material quality selected, imitation leather or recycled leather can also be printed on and, in some cases, embossed in the traditional way.

In isolated cases, we have also produced small quantities of genuine leather-based labelling items at the special request of customers. Very high costs, a lot of waste and, last but not least, the rather difficult decoration of genuine leather surfaces are factors that tend to speak against genuine leather. The trend is towards replacing genuine leather with other materials.
