Rolls-Royce ventures into perfumery… for cars

As automotive brands seek to strengthen the experiential footprint of their brands, the British manufacturer introduces a new olfactory concept already deployed on the iconic Phantom.
From now on, Rolls-Royce cars will also have their own fragrances. Woods, leathers, textiles, lacquers: during the design of a new vehicle range, a specialized department consisting of biochemists and perfumers is involved in selecting the materials. With Rolls-Royce Scent, the brand now aims to optimize these primal scents through bespoke olfactory compositions, diffused via a patented system.
