Fiorini International presents a rain cover that reduces plastic, protects the environment, and enhances the brand at Avant-Garde 2025
Fiorini International, always attentive to eco-design issues, launches an innovative transparent 100% paper rain cover, a sustainable and natural alternative to the current plastic rain covers designed to reduce the volumes of plastic material resulting from secondary packaging and accessories.
Designed mainly for the fashion segment, the new 100% paper rain cover enhances customer experience of each brand while answering the logistic and protective functions of secondary packaging.
Fiorini International’s innovative research and development processes have successfully developed an external paper coating technology that provides an effective water barrier.
The transparent paper selected for the rain cover is FSC® certified, which ensures responsible forest management and traceability of forest products. Modern manufacturing technologies and an integrated quality system ensure the production of different formats for the different types of shopping bags.
Fiorini International’s project has been selected by the jury for the Sustainability category and will be exhibited in the Avant-Garde dedicated area at Packaging Première & PCD Milan 2025.
