Aesop Redesigns Fragrance Packaging as It Expands Perfume Portfolio

L’Oréal-owned Aesop has redesigned its fragrance bottles for the first time in 20 years, introducing the new packaging alongside the launch of its latest fragrance, Unforseen Aer.

Led by Creative Director Aï Kato, the redesign introduces a taller, slimmer bottle with a domed base and basalt-textured cap inspired by Melbourne bluestone, while maintaining Aesop’s established minimalist design language. The packaging has been developed to integrate more closely with the brand’s retail environment and will extend across its fragrance portfolio. The redesign coincides with the launch of Unforseen Aer, a new woody and mineral fragrance featuring petitgrain, eucalyptus and geranium.
