The project combines structural design and functionality: a central tube and five external columns organize 25 pods vertically, divided by flavor, ensuring order, protection, and ease of use with a single gesture. Designed to last over time, COFFEE HUB is reusable and refillable, allowing pods to be replenished, extending the packaging’s life cycle and reducing waste production. The exclusive use of cardboard lowers environmental impact, simplifies recycling, and promotes more conscious consumption. For companies, it represents a distinctive solution aligned with ESG strategies and the principles of the circular economy; for end consumers, it offers a practical, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing experience, transforming an everyday action into a responsible ritual.

Based on these design elements we move on to the industrial feasibility study and then to the quotation which is always tailored to the customer’s requirements.

The newest innovation born at the company’s headquarters in Inzago, B-Lock™ is a paper-based engineering solution that seamlessly combines aesthetics, design, functionality, and sustainability in a single concept. A system as simple as it is ingenious, designed to securely anchor the bottle to the tray, keeping it perfectly locked inside the pack while turning it into a true display feature. Completely plastic-free and magnet-free, and made exclusively from paper and paperboard – mostly FSC-certified – this solution delivers both technical performance and environmental responsibility. Its dual function is clear: to protect and enhance, keeping the bottle firmly in place while making it the true protagonist. The result is a striking packaging design, where the elegance of the black dyed-through paper wrapping the tray meets refined embellishments. Spot gloss varnish combined with matte finishes creates a sophisticated interplay of visual and tactile contrasts. Completing the design is a light band that “seals” the pack, adding further character and distinctiveness. The packaging is designed to ensure a shelf life of 1.5 years, a typical duration for many young wines. The design of Rosae is inspired by the timeless beauty of rose gardens, evoking a sense of freshness and nature. The soft, flowing curves of the bottle mimic the delicate form of rose petals, while the sophisticated label design tells the story of the wine it holds. The use of BioPET also contributes to a more sustainable lifecycle, as it is fully recyclable and renewable, supporting a circular economy.
