Sparto is Favini’s new eco-friendly paper, made with alternative fibers and without tree cellulose. It takes its name from esparto, a perennial grass that thrives in hot, arid climates and acts as a natural barrier against desertification. Sparto sustainable paper is perfect for creating luxury packaging, high-quality printing and sustainable design projects. Sparto’s eight colours are inspired by the natural environment that we help to protect with this truly special paper. Sparto is FSC™ certified and made with 100% self-produced hydroelectric energy. It contains esparto fibre, post-consumer recycled material and bagasse, the by-product of sugar cane processing.

Street is the carrier bag line inspired by the idea of reusing waste leather fibres and give them a second life. With a view to circular economy, bonded leather is a recycled and reused material that undergoes a process similar to that of paper to give life to new products.

Nissha ecosense biocomposite series offer industrial compostable jars made of 100% bio-based resin with real wood chips inside. Our jars biodegrade without leaving permanent microplastics behind. With its natural look of the jars with various sizes of wood chips, our jars meet market requests for both sustainability and natural design. Tassels for whisky and spirits, fragrances, gift boxes and luxury bags. Available in different fibres, thicknesses and colours, either plain or combined with zamak parts, plastic ornaments or integrated tags. They add movement, texture and an artisanal touch to the final presentation.

The use of existing materials ultimately constitutes a form of recycling. Granulated oyster shells (approx. 50% content) and a plant-based polymer (approx. 50% content) are used to create an innovative composite material that can be processed using injection moulding. The size, outer shape and relief representation of logos and text are determined in an injection moulding tool. The composite material is heated until it melts and then injected into the negative mould under high pressure. The cavity of the mould is completely filled with the mass. After cooling in the mould, a sustainable object is created which can be used, for example, as a hang tag with a security seal for all kinds of items for brand identification.
 Depending on the composition of the oyster shell granulate, a number of natural colours can be achieved. The visual impression of the surfaces is reminiscent of minerals due to a certain texture. Depending on the design of the inner surfaces of the moulds, matt or glossy surfaces can be achieved.
