Specialized Screenprinter

P&P Promotion, historical company based in Costigliole d’Asti, constantly expanding in the field of hot decoration of glass, is looking for a specialized screen printing machine to be included in the team dedicated to screen printing on automatic machines and the management of the machining process.
The candidate will have to deal with the placement of semi-automatic and automatic machines, the use of frames and colors, screen printing, the control of the decoration, the placement of the loading robot, the execution and completion of the work order and the management of the glass annealing furnace which makes the surrounding environment particularly warm.
The required requirements are: the possession of the license B, an advanced knowledge of the screen printing process, the frames, the colors, the register and the degrees of printing, ability to manage machines from screen printing to mechanical and electronic control, a good knowledge of mechanical tools and measuring instruments, a good ability to read the graphic drafts, a good ability to observe and research detail.
Knowledge of the basic rules of industrial mechatronics, knowledge of hot and/or cold and/or UV printing and knowledge of glass material are preferential requirements.
Full-time 8-hour continuous shift work. Two Saturdays per month are included in working time. Availability for overtime is required.
The offer includes a trial contract and, after a careful verification of printing and line management skills, a permanent contract as a skilled worker will be proposed.
