Our innovative technique can be used to produce beautiful 3D design. It transparency let light through optimizing design impact. This technique saves the cost of an embossing plate. This solution brings real added value in terms of visual and sensorial impact. This project was rewarded by the first prize of innovation by UNFEA.

3D hot foil stamping
This printing technique combines silver gilding and swelling varnish. It saves the cost of a gilding plate and gives a magnificent glossy finish on a cream-coloured paper reminiscent of the colour of the cap. This label was awarded the Grand Prix for innovation at the Adhesive Label Grand Prix, organized by the UNFEA.

COSMETIC LABEL
Here is a combination of materials and embossing. The label covering the entire bottle provides an exceptional finish thanks to its metallic embossed patterns perfectly in harmony with the bottle and the shiny silver case. The matt black velvet background is a divine reminder of the cap. A high quality finish for your labels!

SLEEVES
The retractable sleeve optimizes the communication. The sleeves are printed with luminescent ink, allowing the customization of units and thus attracting a young audience to luxury brands. This innovation is for small series to reduce cost and storage volume. This solution is also customizable on demand (message, a logo, a name, different colors…) A way to increase sales.

SPIRIT LABEL
What if the label became the flagship of your packaging? Here is a nice nod to the French know-how by Labelys, enhanced by the 3 elements essential to the success of a label: ❖ An original graphic design ❖ A creative paper ❖ Perfect printing and finishing quality!

EMBOSSING & GILDING
Look at the exceptional design of this spirit, presented in a subtle and emblematic bottle, dressed with a custom colour label and highlighted with gold and embossing!

ART LABEL
Here is a nice visual “Work of Art”! This label was produced for the “Plantation Extrême Barbados” bottle in a limited edition. An aged postcard effect Label awarded again by the UNFEA!

SPECIAL CUTTING
The shape of a label, both its external outline and any internal profile produced by cutting out, strongly contributes to its visual identity. This original and modern process allows the colour of the wine or the bottle to appear in the label while creating an effect of depth. A label in two, three or more parts, silhouetted, internally cut out, with gilding and embossing… anything is possible!

VARIABILITY
Later addition of details gives you to better control of your costs through the ordering of larger quantities of labels, with variable data being added later according to your needs (vintage, capacity, alcohol content, date, numbering, barcode, etc.). This results in less waste and greater flexibility in managing specific requirements. Our digital technology also allows us to individually customise the labels of a single print run: colour, image, numbering, etc. Each label then becomes unique.

IMITATION PEWTER
The Labelys teams have developed an imitation pewter label that is non-polluting, recyclable and significantly more cost eective than pewter. Unlike a medium based on pewter foil, this new technology is compatible with all printing processes and the raw materials used are FSC certified.
