Celebrating female leadership, creativity, and innovation in the world of packaging.

Packaging Première Milan launches Packaging Women of Italy 2026, a new initiative developed in collaboration with NVC Packaging Centre to highlight the female contribution to the world of packaging. The project celebrates leadership, creativity, and innovation, recognizing professionals who are driving the evolution of the industry and promoting sustainability and responsibility, while also providing a role model for the next generation.

Women—Italian or international—with at least one year of experience in decision-making roles in the packaging sector at companies based in Italy, active across the entire supply chain, are eligible to apply (or be nominated). In addition to offering visibility and networking opportunities, the initiative provides concrete support for professional growth. Applications are open until April 28, 2026, at 8:30 AM and will be evaluated by a jury of industry experts, under the supervision of Lara Castagna and Michael Nieuwesteeg.

The announcement of the Packaging Women of Italy 2026 winner will take place on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 4:30 PM during Packaging Première.
