Sealester TecH - DigiPlus

A technological brick to induce more flexibility into traditional shaping machines!
DigiPlus is module including the digital welding technology developed by Sealester and can be integrated into flexible packaging production machines, in order to provide them with flexibility in the form of welding or cutting of the packaging, without the need specific tools.
Indeed, on traditional machines (heating bars, impulse, ultrasonic), each sealing or cutting shape is equivalent to a specific tool. Therefore, to be profitable, a significant number of packaging must be carried out, thus increasing the minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Thanks to DigiPlus, the MOQ of pouches with special seals can be reduced. It is then possible to produce a range of packages with a low MOQ (for example 5000) while being profitable.
