Nissha ecosense molding ʻPulp Series’ is mainly made of pulp.
The products utilize our experience and knowledge based on our existing plastic injection molding business.

Pulp-Injection products are made of three key ingredients ‒ pulp, starch and water.
With its unique material properties, Pulp-Injection can deliver various products with superb dimensional accuracy and sophisticated functionalities.

・Tray (stackable and nestable design with a tight product hold)
・Lip stick cap (tight mechanical fit)
・Closures with thread(good mechanical strength)
・Refill cup (for oil-based contents)

Thanks to the unique material properties and process, Pulp-Injection offers lower carbon footprint with paper recyclability. The product can mimic the plastic packages and components while keeping the Japanese paper-like textures.

Nissha offers custom product design, prototyping and local mass production according to customers’ request.
