Labelys buys the Chalaguier printing company
The Labelys Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of the Chalaguier company, a historic company specializing in the printing of labels for the wine and spirits market. Founded in 1951 by André Chalaguier, the company has evolved while perpetuating a family heritage started in 1831 by the Rambal family. Over the generations, the Chalaguier company has established itself as a major player in its sector, recognized nationally for its quality and service.
Located in the heart of the largest French vineyard, Languedoc-Roussillon, the Chalaguier company achieves a turnover of 10 million euros on two production sites, one in Clermont l'Hérault and the other in Girona in Catalonia. .
This acquisition marks an important milestone in the history of Labelys, thus strengthening its positioning in the wine and spirits market and its commitment to quality and excellence. The Labelys group is impatient to continue this great adventure and to bring its complementary expertise to continue to best serve the customers of the Chalaguier company.
