Sales Support & Customer Service

Eurographic is a leading company in the production of luxury packaging for multinational clients and digital retailers in the cosmetics sector. We offer a dynamic and collaborative working environment where projects are developed in close synergy with the sales team.

We are looking for a Junior Sales & Customer Service Support to join our team at our Paullo office on a full-time, on-site basis. The selected candidate will support the team in the operational management of orders and quotations, customer communication, and the preparation of sales documentation.

Main responsibilities:

order entry and management

preparation and sending of quotations

support with customer service activities

Requirements:

good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic IT tools

strong organizational and time management skills
