SEELCAP® PCR50
Eco-designed, tamper-evident and first opening guarantee security products. They contain 50% PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) material, whose origin and percentage are certified by Recyclass®, to reinforce the circular economy flows and reduce the carbon footprint of packaging. Brands can thus reassure their consumers, with a guarantee of first opening and authenticity, with easy opening systems and visible or invisible perforations. These eco-designed security products offer security during transport and on shelves, and can replace certain secondary packaging (cartons, bags, blisters), and are compatible with security technologies. A complete range of products is proposed to brands, to offer security and eco-design to all Wines & Spirits formats. Sleever's unique expertise also allows us to offer industrial implementation solutions, with equipment dedicated to these different formats.

SEELCAP® ONEGO : the world's first Home Compost biodegradable tamper evident seal.
SLEEVER® and CARBIOS globally launch world’s first Home Compost biodegradable tamper evident seal: SEELCAP® ONEGO. The SEELCAP® ONEGO innovation is the fruit of a long-term partnership between SLEEVER® and CARBIOS that combines their expertise to produce more environmentally friendly packaging security. The revolutionary nature of this dual innovation lies in the integration of the encapsulated enzyme CARBIOS Active, CARBIOS’ biodegradation solution for PLA, into the biopolymer blend, and in its eco-designed concept developed with Fabrice Peltier. SEELCAP® ONEGO is an original, proprietary tamper-evident concept, consisting of two distinct but inseparable aims: the first to ensure tamper-evidence, and the second to enable easy opening in a single gesture with a gripping flap. Thanks to the inclusion of CARBIOS Active in the material, SEELCAP® ONEGO disintegrates completely in composting conditions, even at room temperature, in less than 6 months (Certified TÜV Austria “OK Compost HOME”). SEELCAP® ONEGO thereby reduces the carbon footprint compared with conventional shrink capsules, and significantly improves the circularity of this type of packaging. This complete solution brings about a radical change in terms of sustainability, while addressing brands' concerns for safety, traceability and mass production.
