P.&P. Promotion Srl
About us
P&P Promotion is a company that manages
customers’ ideas and takes charge of their bottle design realization.
Over the years, it has specialised in hot direct and
indirect screen printing, Molecular Change in Glass
Colour (a patent obtained in 2006 thanks to their
studies, research and development), and the creation
of spectacular bottles with special effects, produced by
inserting rhinestones and Swarovski crystals, 3D resin, die-cast plates
and other materials.
The first aim of P&P Promotin is to find innovation in glass decoration domain, to guarantee a unique, recognizable quality packaging design result.
Products & services
CMCV (Molecular Change in Glass Color)
Coloration system patented by P&P Promotion which interviene on the molecol of the glass by changing its colors. The process technology is sustainable, permanent and chimically and mecanically resistant.

Printing in relief
The packaging industry is constantly evolving. The visual effects are matched by trends that can create an experience that can involve all five senses and can tell the extraordinary glass, agricultural and industrial cultures. To enhance the materiality of the bottle and stimulate the touch, P&P Promotion, working with technique and experience on screen effects, has created two new finishes: the embossed screen printing on standard colors and the embossed screen printing on precious materials.

CMCV2
The new CMCV staining system is able to decorate glass bottles in a sustainable, durable and permanent way. After five years of design and two years of construction, with an investment of over 2 million euros, today has three cabins with 12 dispensers each. The changeover and control of the guns are now managed by an electronic control of the system and the regulation of the guns. The technology provides some significant advantages: • Ability to set saved recipes ensuring high precision process standardization and digitization; • Ability to create new custom machining, increasing the range of special effects, decorable formats and quality; • Data control and waste reduction; • Decrease in process times due to the use of super-opaque colors and the single passage inside the three cabins, with a view to a satisfactory uniformity, • Yield 20 to 30% more and cost reduction • Reduction of atmospheric emissions. Not only better performance, but a new patent. In fact, the CMCV patent becomes the second. We will not only talk about Molecular Change of the Color of Glass but also about Molecular Change with Vitrifiable Colors: the staining technique that, without using steam or nitrogen, goes directly on the glass allowing to obtain colors free of lithium and lead and to inhibit, as demonstrated by the tests for Proposition 65, the use of cadmium traditionally and inevitably used for red, yellow and their derivatives. To date, the new innovation has attracted attention and approval from large groups, customers and glassworks. Paolo Lorusso, however, promises: «The plant has just started but we do not stop here, we are already thinking about improvements and new machinery!». Stay tuned!

DIRECT DIGITAL PRINTING
A new non-UV nanotechnology that allows you to work with shades and four colors. The peculiarity lies in the combination of opaque and transparent colors with a strong gloss or opacity and the possibility of making even a few pieces with different graphics. The distinctive element is determined by a medium-high resistance but above all by the adaptability to the shapes.

MATERIC EFFECT
Introducing P&P Promotion's groundbreaking technique that transforms bottle coloring into a tactile and visual experience, mimicking the authentic texture of stone. This innovative method elevates packaging design by integrating a three-dimensional quality that captivates consumers, making each bottle not just a container, but a work of art. The process begins with a unique formulation that allows colors to be applied in layers, creating depth and realism. Each bottle is treated to achieve a surface that resembles the natural imperfections and ruggedness of stone, ensuring that no two bottles are identical. This attention to detail not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also engages consumers on a sensory level. When a consumer holds a bottle crafted with this technique, they immediately notice the substantial weight and the rough texture that evokes a sense of durability and authenticity. The tactile experience invites them to explore the product further, fostering a deeper connection to the brand. This immersive approach transforms the act of choosing a beverage into an experience, making the product memorable. Moreover, the stone-like finish provides an air of sophistication and luxury, appealing to a market that values unique and high-quality items. The visual impact is undeniable; these bottles stand out on shelves, drawing attention and inviting curiosity. They are more than just packaging; they are a statement of quality and craftsmanship. In a world where first impressions matter, P&P Promotion's technique ensures that brands can make a lasting impact. By combining visual allure with tactile engagement, we are setting a new standard in packaging design that resonates with consumers on multiple levels. Experience the future of bottle design with P&P Promotion, where every bottle tells a story of elegance and innovation.
