DRAWER BOX: RIGID BOTTOM & SLEEVE

Example from the "combined solutions" range, this drawer-style case with a rigid bottom and a cardboard sleeve is an alternative to the fully rigid box, ideal for various product categories with moderate weight. The choice of materials was guided by particular attention to eco-sustainability and to material solutions with high visual and tactile impact. Gmund Mother Earth Soil cardboard for the sleeve, a material with a high percentage of fast-growing plant fibers and the use of natural colors: the result is an intense tactile and visual experience. Napura Khepera Beige paper from Winter & Company for the bottom lining, a pulp-dyed, thermo-reactive paper that has a particularly natural look thanks to its mottled fibers. This paper is vegan, FSC™ certified, and REACH compliant.

BOX WITH BOTTOM AND ASYMMETRICAL LID

A new interpretation of the standard bottom-lid box, where the lid is enriched by asymmetric lines giving dynamism and a unique visual identity. The result is a distinctive packaging, able to enhance every type of product with contemporary elegance, while ensuring cost targets aligned with conventional solutions. The production is completely automated, with no manual steps, to ensure precision, quick turnaround times, and consistent quality even on large volumes. The box is an example of our MATERIC LINE. It is made of Remake paper from Favini, a range of special papers with particular sustainable specifications and a special smooth effect to the touch. The use of leather residues replacing up to 25% of cellulose from trees is what gives the soft and velvety tactile effect. 40% comes post-consumer recycled fibre and cellulose from well managed forests, these papers are FSC certified, recycable and reach compliant.

IMPLUVIA - SPECIAL BOTTOM AND LID BOX

It is our wonderful Impluvia project, selected in the previous Avant-Garde edition of Packaging Première Milan for innovative design. A unique coated cardboard packaging as strong as a hard box but with the dynamism of a collapsible package, capable of interpreting new shapes and lines. Impluvia uses asymmetrical line plays that do not yet exist in its fixed-opening or bilateral-opening and display-function variants, it is an excellent solution for multiproduct and those who wish to express innovation in packaging.

GIFT BOX - RIGID AND FOLDABLE

Candle gift pack solution combining a rigid lid and a foldable bottom with surprise opening. The closed box apparently seems a common bottom and lid pack, while to the opening it garantees a clear wow effect thanks to the bottom, whose structure recalls a blooming flower. The selection of materials and finishes gives to the pack both a luxury and refined appeal. The lid is manufactured with Napura Khepera paper by Fontana Grafica that has special thermo-reactive properties. This allows the choice of not impactful finishes as the blind embossing for the logo customization, avoiding the use of hot stamping films and making it an example of low environmental impact solution. FSC certified paper, vegan, recyclable, compliant with REACH. The bottom is outside black printed with a soft touch lamination and inside is golden laminated and with details in silk screen printing.

VERTICAL SHOULDER BOX

Shoulder box vertically designed for perfumery, in its version tilted with visible inner base. The play of colours is well-tuned and it is the result of a matter combination. The boxes are an example of our MATERIC LINE. They are made of Remake paper from Favini, a range of special papers with particular sustainable specifications and a special smooth effect to the touch. REDUCE – REUSE – RECYCLE An ecological approach applied in space-saving solutions is the ideal combination for a result of real sustainability. Our proposals of mini format – 1 cm thickness – reply to the needs of minimum space and minimum use of materials in favour of a more balanced application of raw materials and logistics optimisation. Several destinations are possible for the use and reuse of the box even after the first purchase: cosmetics, perfumery, jewellery, food or publishing, etc .. Totally plastic-free for materials and finishes, the play of contrasts through the two selected covering papers is enhanced by the tailor-made design of diecutting. All these details and design ensured that sustainability and beauty of style can coexist in packaging. Reduce, reuse, recycle.

VENCHI VINTAGE BOX

Venchi Box Mini Napolitains Christmas Edition. Paper with perlescent micro-texture inspired by the moonlight rays illuminating the dark, a tactile and visual experience enhanced by the contrast of glossy/matt varnishes and the logo in gold hot stamping. The rigid lid is assembled with a foldable cardboard bottom and a cardboard inlay for the inner placement of the chocolates. It is an alternative solution for a gift set with a delicate and endless style, a sweet taste of classical Christmas.

SPACE-SAVING SLIDING BOX WITH EXHIBITION WINDOW

Cosmetics/Perfumery case. Sliding Box with exhibition window. The concept is based on a double function of holding and exhibition. The space-saving plus grants the same footprint when the gift set is opened and it solves any extra cost for the display of the products. The window without the pvc covering is the solution for an eco-friendly pack. Functionality and elegance of the design match with a careful selection of the materials.
