Sulapac Compostable cosmetic jar series
Nissha ecosense biocomposite series offer industrial compostable jars made of 100% bio-based resin with real wood chips inside. Our jars biodegrade without leaving permanent microplastics behind. With its natural look of the jars with various sizes of wood chips, our jars meet market requests for both sustainability and natural design. In addition to our standard jars, Nissha offers one-stop solution from custom product design to full-production in local upon request from customers.

Pulp-Injection
Nissha ecosense molding ʻPulp Series’ is mainly made of pulp. The products utilize our experience and knowledge based on our existing plastic injection molding business. Pulp-Injection products are made of three key ingredients ‒ pulp, starch and water. With its unique material properties, Pulp-Injection can deliver various products with superb dimensional accuracy and sophisticated functionalities. Product examples ・Tray (stackable and nestable design with a tight product hold) ・Lip stick cap (tight mechanical fit) ・Closures with thread(good mechanical strength) ・Refill cup (for oil-based contents) Thanks to the unique material properties and process, Pulp-Injection offers lower carbon footprint with paper recyclability. The product can mimic the plastic packages and components while keeping the Japanese paper-like textures. Nissha offers custom product design, prototyping and local mass production according to customers’ request.

PaperFoam®
Nissha ecosense molding PaperFoam® is mainly made of pulp. The products utilize our experience and knowledge based on our existing plastic injection molding business. PaperFoam® products are made of three key ingredients ‒ starch, pulp, and water, which undergo the foaming injection process. Thanks to the shock-absorbing and friction-fit functionality, and the fact that it is lightweight, Pulp-Foaming is a suitable replacement for conventional plastic packaging. Nissha offers custom product design, prototyping and local mass production according to customers’ request.

Biobased & compostable alternative to Bakelite packaging solutions! PCR variant available!
Beautiful and adaptable - like our nature. Following this motto, we are constantly developing our environmentally friendly and compostable packaging. Our existing jar contains wood chips. However, the visible wood chips don’t always give luxurious impression. Also it may not fulfil water-barrier requirement for cosmetics. The new “Solid” material contains natural clay minerals & could replace Bakelite components 100% sustainably. It gives a high-quality, ceramic look and feel. At the same time, our packaging is now even dishwasher safe! A real sensation and maybe even a refill option?

ABS alternative material
Beautiful and adaptable - like our nature. Following this motto, we are constantly developing our environmentally friendly and compostable packaging. Our existing jar contains wood chips. However, the visible wood chips don’t always give luxurious impression. The new “Luxe” material does so and could replace for example ABS components sustainably. It gives a high-quality, ceramic look and feel.

Sulapac 50ml jar
The Sulapac 50ml jar is ideal solution for water-based cosmetic products. This eco-friendly jar is produced in Germany and using a bi-injection process that minimizes material usage. This innovation allows users of glass jars to easily replace their current Bakelite, ABS, or metal closures, promoting a more sustainable choice. Sustainability is at the heart of our new 50ml jar. Made from bio-based and compostable Sulapac® material, this jar significantly lowers the total carbon footprint compared to traditional plastic packaging. Bio-based materials are derived from renewable sources, which means by opting for our bio-based jar, you are taking a step towards a more sustainable future, supporting eco-friendly practices, and promoting the use of renewable resources in the cosmetics industry. Packle Top Sheet 63-83 gsm
Packle® TS is a high gloss metallized paper that we have optimized for reel-to-reel lamination to board. Packle® TS is designed for easy print-ing and converting. It is a fiber-based monomaterial which ensures the board’s recyclability even after lamination, achieving the same aesthetic look as metallized PET without compromising sustainability. It is a perfect fit for luxury and high-end packaging applications. Metivo VOB 67 gsm
METIVO® VOB is the latest generation of metallized high barrier paper proposed by Nissha Metallizing Solutions. In addition to outstanding high vapor barrier performance in tropical conditions, this new design offers oxygen barrier performance and improved mechanical properties to enable an easier converting and filling of the packaging made of it. This product has been designed as a base material to be further converted into flexible packaging application by adding a sealing solution and the desired printing. METIVO® VOB is certified as recyclable in the paper packaging stream by Aticelca®. The product is not based on PVDC coating. - CEPI certified - suitable for cosmetics applications (dry products, powder, etc) Join us for a more sustainable world!

Metivo Twisting 48 gsm
Metallized candy wrapping paper approved for direct food contact. It is ideal for hard candies, toffees, caramels and other types of sweet. Our metallized candy wrapping paper is a mono-material, providing confectioners with a recyclable alternative to traditional candy wrapper materials. - Excellent foldability and a low memory, giving superior twist longevity. - Runs quickly and efficiently through converting machinery without tearing or breaking. -Excellent printability and optimized for printing equipment and inks. -Our twisting paper is compliant with food contact regulations in the EU and US (FDA). - METIVO® Twisting paper 48 g/m2 is recyclable with paper and certified level B (Aticelca® 11744-0002, respectively 11744-0003). - CEPI certified WMU (Western Michigan University) certified for recyclability in US

Fiber-Forming
Nissha ecosense molding Fiber-Forming is a dry pulp molding technology that eliminates the need for water during production. By removing the drying process, it significantly reduces electricity consumption and enables short cycle times with high productivity. With a high pulp content, Fiber-Forming products are recyclable as paper, contributing to a circular economy. The high-pressure forming process ensures excellent durability and a smooth surface finish. Nissha offers custom design, prototyping, and localized mass production tailored to customer needs.
