Pre-Press CTS Computer to Screen
The SPP JB-1300CTS system is an advanced solution for screen printing screen production that integrates an intelligent optical positioning system and a direct laser exposure unit (CTS). The technological core is the optical scanning system, which goes beyond traditional image scanning to detect the deviation between the theoretical file coordinates and the actual offset printing position. This solves the critical problem of irregular substrate (paper or plastic) deformations, typical of offset printing, and post-printing waiting times, ensuring perfect registration between the two processes.
