With over 35 years of best practice in stamping foils, Foilco strives to inspire the use of the most varied and diverse range of stamping foils in the industry. It is our genuine aim to keep hot stamping foils as relevant and impactful as possible. This is achieved through educational programmes, design events, offering high-level technical support and continued dedication to developing new colours, patterns and themes.

Hot Stamping Foil
Foilco supply one of the largest ranges of hot stamping foils on the planet. We supply stamping foils for nearly every single type of application and each application is assigned a reference, also known in the industry as a grade. We have over 192 different hot foil shades available from stock, with over 1500 variations of grades specifically formulated to foil print onto even the most challenging of materials on the market. We strongly focus on providing a range of solutions for both brand owners and printers including holographic, metallic colours, pigments, patterns, pearlescents, UV, security and other special effect finishes.
Cold Foil
Foilco supply cold foils to suit every print occasion. Using our years of expertise and knowledge we’ve developed a range of cold foils designed to improve your foiling process and experience. We’ve taken into consideration the vast variation in substrates and print processes that can lead to various issues with areas of application, formulating a range of cold foils that hit the mark every time. During the cold foil stamping process, the foil creates a slight impression into the material which creates a level of luxury unachievable through digital print. Our cold foil range covers all the desirable colours you'd expect from high-end luxury packaging, with satin shades of gold also available, alongside holographic options.
Digital Foil
Foilco offers a wide range of different digital foils. Digital foils are the latest technology in the use of hot stamping foil. We supply a selection of different digital foils designed to suit your project. Digital foils are specifically manufactured to bond an ink, toner or varnish, whilst still using heat and pressure, which means there's no requirement of a die. Digital foiling allows greater flexibility in terms of design personalisation and run length.
Textile Foil
Foilco offer a wide range of different textile foils Here at Foilco we offer a wide selection of Textile foils designed to enhance any garment or heavily structured material. Textile foil is an easy release foil designed to bond to a silkscreen varnish onto a garment or heavily structured material. Textile foil can also withhold its effect and finish through multiple washes The foil can be transferred partially or have total coverage, depending on the effect required and the machinery that is used.
UV-reactive Fluorescent Foils
Just one of Foilco's unique foil offerings is our range of Fluorescent foils. Our range of fluorescent foils have been developed using various different, high-quality fluorescent pigments. Fluorescent foils are produced in the same way as gloss pigment foil but a fluorescent pigment is used to create a bright gloss finish. The foils tend to be used to enhance and compliment strong brands and those who like to stand out from the crowd.
Holographic and Security Foil
Holographic foil, also known as diffraction patterns add value and movement to any product. Where packaging & distinction is paramount, foil adds a level of exclusivity and increases brand awareness. Using foils also improves packaging quality and has proven to increase sales and brand share. We supply a huge verity of Holographic foils in various patterns ranging from dots, squares, cracked ice, rainbow, pillars of light, snowflakes, and swirls. Holographic foil is made in the same way as metallic foils but includes an embossed pattern that diffracts the light and shows the colours of the spectrum at different angles. We also offer bespoke patterns for those who are unable to find a design to suit their application.
Pigment Foil
We have one of the largest ranges of Pigment foils in the print industry. We have pigment foil to suit just about every occasion. Pigment foils have been developed on the basis of providing solutions for both brand owners and printers, and can also be used to enhance any product. Our black and white gloss foils are the secret weapon of the foiling world, offering complete coverage and a truly opaque finish across a range of common and challenging materials. Available in both gloss and matt finishes, starting from neutral tones to bright-toned colours, we have something for your next project.
Tonal Foil (Clarity)
Clarity Formulated and designed in collaboration with Luxury Packaging designer Vincent Villeger. Clarity is a translucent tonal foil designed to preserve the subtle qualities of a clear foil, whilst increasing contrast levels. Clarity may well have a tint to it, but don’t let that fool you; it is still very much a translucent foil at heart. As good as it is over a solid colour, Clarity foils work equally as well applied over gradients, patterns, photos, and illustrations; offering a greater, more consistent finish with environmentally friendly credentials.

Introducing INDEX, the most comprehensive and versatile foil specification tool ever produced. Comprising of over 200 hot stamping foil shades and finishes, this tool was created to inspire, giving you the freedom to rearrange, reorder and recycle at will. With this new tool you can add new foil cards with ease, store promotional materials and access product data in seconds – The INDEX is designed to work for everyone within the creative and print industries. It’s different but brilliant. It’s the future of foil.
MOLTEN
Introducing Molten - A unique and reality-bending foil, designed to imitate liquid metal. The 3D illusion present in the foil adds a new dimension to traditional ‘flat’ stamping foils, giving the final print depth and texture. This conventional finish allows for an embossed and 3D finish without the need for a foil embossing die. The last two years have allowed us to work on developing our range of innovative foils and our Astral Plus and Molten ranges are just the beginning. “Normal is an illusion. What is normal for the spider, is chaos for the fly”. A saying that truly resonated with us as we began to develop our Molten range. As a company, we pride ourselves on bringing new and innovative products to market as often as we can. Therefore, some may think we create chaos within the creative community as we deviate away from the norm of ‘flat’ stamping foils. The Molten cards can be found within a vibrant Pop’Set slipcase which includes a perfect laser-cut spiderweb design. The spiderweb acts as a window into the Molten foiled card and ties together the card’s headline saying with another incredible example of print finishing. To complete the promotion, the cards and slipcase can be found in a contrasting Arjowiggin’s Pop’set envelope, finished with Pristine Gloss White (701) keeping the piece light and playful.
ESCOVA
Introducing Escova. A range of exquisite foils have been created to enhance your print and add a touch of elegance to your next design. This style of foil gives your work a distinctly unique, tactile and luxurious look. Our Escova foils are commonly used by high-end cosmetic, perfume and jewellery brands and are also widely used in print for interior design. The Escova card showcases 3 variations of this gorgeous metallic foil that features a fine line brush detailed finish and bespoke colours are available upon request. Our Escova Copper (7182) Is the newest colour to join the Escova range. This beautiful new addition to the Escova range extends the luxury packaging market’s favourite brushed effect foil. The Escova range is available in our BF grade, a great universal graphics foil that can be printed onto a wide range of laminated, coated, and uncoated stocks. This foil adds a touch of class and intrigue to any packaging project. The Escova Range also includes some classic colours that you may have used before. Our Escova Gold (23) and Silver (10) have been a part of our main range of special foils for a long time. We’re now excited to expand our popular range of foils to offer you a wider choice of colours in your favourite finishes.
