Dimontonate Floccati is a leader company for the production of flocked materials since 1973. Owing to the use of different kind of flock, of colors, of adhesives and supports of various nature Dimontonate Floccati can offer a wide range of flocked products for the luxury packaging able to satisfy any market request.
Since 2023 Dimontonate Floccati has been sole agent for Italy of PaperFoam® - the material for packaging extremely ecological, certified as compostable and biodegradable.

DM PACK®
DM PACK®, is the suitable product for all type of packages especially for luxury packaging obtained with the vacuum forming. This is the ideal product aimed for this type of package for cosmetics items, for spirits, for jewellery, for cutlery and for fashion.
DM PACK R-PET 100 Sea Flock
Ellen MacArthur Foundation defines Circular Economy as an economic system where products and services are traded in closed loops or “cycles”. The overarching vision of the New Plastics Economy is that plastics never become waste; rather, they re-enter the economy as valuable technical or biological nutrients. Dimontonate Floccati is committed to reviewing its industrial approach introducing the new product: SEA FLOCK | DM PACK R – PET 100 made using 100% recycled PET. An innovative product that is reborn from recycled plastic from post-consume bottles. More sustainable packaging thanks to the use of recycled PET materials for the plastic sheet and the flock. The product, at the end of its useful life, is again recyclable and can be recycled for the production of new products such as fleece clothing, beach towels or holding bags, and more. The production of the new SEA FLOCK | DM PACK R – PET 100 is far more sustainable even for the company’s consumption.
DM PACK RPET SEA FLOCK RECOVERED SEASIDE PLASTIC®
DM PACK RPET SEA FLOCK - RECOVERED SEASIDE PLASTIC® - it is a new possible version of product DM PACK RPET SEA FLOCK: an innovative mono material that comes from post-consumer bottles and furthermore - in addition to being a product coming from recycled materials - it is completely recyclable itself. NEW DM PACK RPET SEA FLOCK - RECOVERED SEASIDE PLASTIC® a certified recycled material made from plastic waste collected from at-risk Mediterranean coastal areas and saved from entering the sea. Using abandoned plastic from Mediterranean beaches, giving new life to plastic, and re-using it in the packaging loop. By using RECOVERED SEASIDE PLASTIC® Dimontonate Floccati wants to be part of the effort to protect the Mediterranean Sea from plastic pollution and secure a more sustainable future!
