Experts, designers and business leaders will share their knowledge to offer an in-depth look at the new challenges and opportunities of the packaging of the future.

In addition to the Main Stage, the Ring Stage, a conference room that will be transformed into a real ‘ring’ for debates on the hot topics of the moment, will be set up with speakers. Each day will be dedicated to one of the three pillars of Avant-Garde, the Packaging Première initiative aimed at redefining the concept of packaging design: sustainability (13 May), innovative materials (14 May) and design (15 May).

On the occasion of Packaging Première & PCD Milan, the graphic design contest for the best EVO oil label named EVOilàbel – Label Design Contest, launched by Epson Italia in collaboration with Associazione Nazionale Donne dell’Olio and Nexidia, will announce its winner.
On Thursday 15 May at 11 a.m., The Avant-Garde Award Winners Ceremony will be held with Alejandra Rubio (GUESS Europe) and other members of the jury to award the winners of this initiative celebrating innovation and creativity: Bartoli with Infinity RePROJECT® for the sustainability category, IDP Direct with Winged Bag for the design category, Raiku Packaging with 100% natural packaging material for the innovative materials category, and Mara Paper Lab & Grifal Group with TissuePack as special mention for the same category
Following the success of the first edition in 2024, the Design Hub returns to Packaging Première & PCD Milan. This artistic gallery enhances the spirit of collaboration between branding and packaging design agencies, showcasing some of their best technical and artistic creations. The aim is to enhance design as a narrative tool, able of expressing the uniqueness of each brand with elegance and innovation.
