Eska Jeans

Eska Jeans is a new eco-responsible solid board, made from recycled paper fibres and recycled denim fibres. This mass-coloured board can be print directly and makes possible to manufacture new concept of boxes with sharp edges without using cover materials.
Eska Jeans is composed of a mixture of natural and recycled materials. The jeans fibres are made from post-consumer clothing and industrial textile waste provided by a local Dutch textile recycling partner. Eska mixes them with the carboard pulp in various stages and then laminated with jeans paper on both sides. The production process is circular due to a Waste to Energy plant
Eska Jeans has a unique texture and can be customized according to the brands’ wishes thanks to infinite printing, shaping and cutting possibilities. Composed of 3 layers, it has an optimal rigidity that allows a perfect hold and an optimal protection of the product. Lay flat- stay flat is Eska mantra.
Eska Jeans is the perfect symbol of the circular approach of Eska which was awarded B Corp certification in December 2021
