Shell-scheme and space only stands

The allowable height for booth walls and logos is 2.50meters or 3.00meters. Intermediate heights are not permitted. Special requirements must be notified in advance to the Organizing Secretariat and approved by it.
Only island booths can reach 5 meters in height.
In other cases, for lighting purposes only, it is possible to use the maximum height of 5 meters.

Ceilings and continuous blind suspended ceilings are prohibited; the creation of false ceilings is allowed if it consists of:

Mesh fabrics with minimum mesh size equal to mm 2×2 properly tensioned.

Wood, metal, plaster, etc., making openings for the evacuation of smoke in the event of a fire, for a total of 1/100 of the surface of the stand. These openings may be of a size ranging between 0.25 sqm and 0.30 sqm and be evenly distributed over the whole area of the stand. Different configurations of the openings, always distributed, must ensure the ratio of 1/100 of the surface of the stand already mentioned.

It is possible to make openings for the discharge of the smoke by superimposing several levels of the elements of the false ceiling, always ensuring the ratio of 1/100 of the surface of the stand.

Bare areas are required to set up their own electrical system or purchase one from the Exhibitor Services portal. From the portal it will also be possible to purchase additional kw to the 5 already included in the participation package. In the first case (realization of own fan electrical system) after the setting up, it will be necessary to present the following documentation to certify that the system is in compliance with:

Chamber of commerce registration of the company that assembles the electrical system
–
Electrical system design (list of elements fitted with an image showing the relative positioning of the mounted equipment)
–
Declaration of conformity from the installation
Stands equipped with an electrical well inside their area must use this well for the supply of electricity. It will not be allowed to use the electrical panels located on the columns near their area, even if present.

For booths exceeding 2,50 m in height, the exceeded side must be painted with neutral colors (black or white).
Each side of the booth not bordering with other exhibition areas must be open for the 50% of its length.

All areas, with the exception of those in aisle A, are also required to trim and tidy up the booth at all times as they are visible from the top of the balcony (no exposed cables, no dirty ceilings, etc.)

The organizers will provide for cleaning service at all stands before the fair opens, and during the open days, they will perform daily cleaning of the pavilion, aisles, and the carpet inside the stands. Cleaning of exhibited objects is not included.
