Greenverse®

Greenverse® is Overlab’s proprietary, patented Industrial IoT + AI platform that turns decarbonization into an operational productivity lever, enabling manufacturers to reduce Cost per Unit (CPU) while meeting increasingly stringent EU sustainability requirements.

Unlike traditional ESG and carbon reporting tools that work after the fact and often add cost and complexity, Greenverse operates in real time on the factory floor. It continuously collects high-frequency production data directly from machines and utilities, then applies AI to translate raw signals into actionable insights, alerts, and improvement strategies. The result is a system that helps industrial teams move from “reporting sustainability” to running a measurably more efficient process where lower CO₂ is a direct consequence of better operations.

Greenverse provides batch- and unit-level visibility by correlating production and resource consumption with emissions factors to calculate:

- Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and EU-aligned metrics such as PEF, in real time.
- Allocation of measured values (energy, materials, scrap, emissions) down to product batches, supporting traceability and readiness for evolving requirements such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP).
