ALFRED KIRSTEN OHG are planning a major presentation for the Packaging Premiére show in Milan 2022 where we will be pleased to present our newest innovation of self-adhesive real wooden labels as per the enclosed sample “HIGHLAND” for bottle decorations.
In the past ALFRED KIRSTEN OHG have used wood veneer as a base material for its swing tags and projects for bottle decorations, however the flexibility of the material was limited which in turn caused problems with tight radiuses.
The enclosed sample is also based on genuine wood veneer but the thickness has been reduced by grinding with an end result of higher flexibility. In addition to this the ground wood has been laminated on the back with a non-woven fleece, this way the required flexibility and necessary stability are simultaneously achieved.
ALFRED KIRSTEN OHG offer many options in wood, for example, oak, beech, maple, birch, spruce etc. As wood is a natural material it is to be taken into consideration that every single piece is unique.
By rustic printing in a sophisticated digital printing process ALFRED KIRSTEN OHG is able to additionally emphasize the authenticity of the wood.
