Our identity is of a company which, thanks to its results, has established itself as a leader in the design, construction of moulds and the production of plastic items through the process defined as injection technology. All phases, from design to production, are performed in-house and our products are 100% Made in Italy. These aspects outline us as an active, dynamic and continuously developing reality.
This is demonstrated by our headquarters: a 10,000 square metre factory, with a modern design, in which forty-five employees work, divided into 38% women and 65% men. The structure has a production department consisting of 26 injection moulding presses, in operation 24/7, and 26 robots on board the machine. We also have a mechanical workshop with six work centres, a warehouse with over 3,000 moulds and an automated warehouse with a capacity of around 1,300 pallets.
From the point of view of production, the products made and registered in our system today have reached a number of over 8,000. We produce plastic promotional articles (cups, bowls, desk items, household items, children’s toys), scented articles for small rooms and cars (car perfumers, cards), technical articles for the medical, mechanical and detergent sectors, costume jewellery items. We make each item even more unique thanks to various customisation techniques: engraving or embossing of the customer’s logo, IML (In-Mould Labelling), pad printing, plotter printing, screen printing, painting and metallisation.
The history of our company dates back to 1979.
In terms of innovation, we have been proudly defining ourselves, since 2019, as a 4.0 industry, thanks to the introduction of new technologies that allow us to have all the relevant information about the product in real time.
We have invested considerable resources to automate and digitise our production, in order to create optimal working conditions, increase productivity and to improve the quality of our products.

PSV (Plastic Second Life)
In addition to being an IPPR member (Institute for the Promotion of Recycled Plastics), we are PSV certified.
We guarantee that our products made of recycled plastic (derived from separate collection waste) are quality products and we also guarantee their traceability, in accordance with the ISO 14021 standard.

Carbon Footprint with the LCA method
We have drafted a report that reports the calculation of the carbon footprint (product carbon footprint) of six recycled plastic products in compliance with the ISO14067:2018 standard. This methodology, whose objective is respect for the environment, is defined by the acronym LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and consists in compiling and assessing the potential environmental impacts of a product.
We work every day to reduce the environmental impact of our products, not only in the use of raw materials, but also by proposing eco-friendly packaging solutions. We use materials of renewable origin and recycled materials; these can be packaged in cases or bags in recycled paper, biodegradable and compostable materials.
