Milan, 17 May 2021: Easyfairs Italia is working on the next edition of Packaging Première Collection, the exclusive and selective event dedicated to excellence in cosmetics and perfume, fine food, wine & spirits, fashion, accessories and jewelry packaging production.

Easyfairs Italia, organizer of Packaging Première, is working on Packaging Première Collection, conceived to highlight the “best-of” in packaging for specific sectors.

Dedicated to a selected number of exhibitors and accessible by invitation only, the event, scheduled from 5 to 7 October 2021, is divided into three days: the first day is dedicated to packaging for perfumery, cosmetics, fine food, wine & spirits, while the second to fashion, accessories, jewelry; both are aimed at an audience composed exclusively of brands and designers. The third day is intended for paper and cardboard, ennoblement and coating materials and is accessible to operators as well.

Pier Paolo Ponchia, Founder and Director of Packaging Première, said: “With this edition we want to give a positive signal and contribute to the restart of the sector with physical events. An important moment of sharing ideas and product news that sees as protagonists the brands representing the top in terms of production, processing and services”.

Packaging Première Collection will take place at PAC, Padiglione d’Arte Contemporanea, a real institution in the national and international cultural scene. Its large spaces and its unique perspectives underline the important connection between Packaging Première and the world of design, which with its aesthetic proposals and strongly innovative visions, become a source of inspiration to develop new ideas in the world of packaging, animated by aesthetic sensitivity.

Always devoted to the theme of training and to the new generations, Packaging Première Collection will collaborate with Istituto Europeo di Design of Firenze as part of the educational project “Classici in Carta”, through which the covers of some books that have made the history of literature are reinterpreted with paper and creative flair by the students of the course in Graphics for Communication at IED Firenze, supervised by the lecturer Laura Moretti within the session dedicated to Polygraphic and Material Techniques. The observation and study of this material, the manipulation with cuts, bends, reliefs and contrasts of color have given rise to covers able to transmit a message in an innovative way, without the need to add words. The students’ works will be exhibited during the event in a dedicated space.

The following brands will take part to Packaging Première Collection: Albertin Alcide E Figli, Artecarta Italia, Bernadet, B-Lab, Bulgarelli Production, Contecolor, Crcart, Dienpi, Dreyer Kliche, Due Emme Pack, Etichettificio Antoniano, F.V.L., Fedrigoni, Foilco, Form Bags, Gruppo Cordenons, H.
